Today we received delivery of 2 new mating long hives from @Hyde Hives.
Each of these will host 8 small colonies of bees supporting our new Queens during mating and establishment.
We cant wait to get them moved into the Home Apiary and in use.
We have also receive deliver of an Observation Hive. This is a small hive that allows us to show the bees at work safely during talks, etc. Looking forward to trying this out before I do a talk for the Local Beavers & Cubs group.
