Wax Melts - How to use

Writer's picture: Mike WadeMike Wade

Wax Melts emminate an aroma around the home. We find some wax Melts are overpowering so we have done our best to make our selection more delicate.

To use wax Melts you will need:

  • A Wax Melt Melter.

  • Tea light candles (unless your Melter is electric)

  • Wax Melts

Place one or two wax Melts on the top of the Melter, depending on the size of the wax Melts you are using. Note that many wax Melts come as snap bars these are multiple pieces that can be snapped appart.

Place a tealight candle underneath and light it OR turn on you Melter if it is electric.

Then enjoy the aroma.

We recomend Beeswax tealights as beeswax burns cleanly and is environmentally sustainable. Additionally a beeswax tealight has a burn time of several hours as opposed to inferior waxes that typically will last less than 30 mins.

Please remember candle safety. Keep your burner away from sources of ignition such as curtains roller blinds etc, and out of reach from children and pets.
