We accept return of candles in their original packaging and condition.
•Place your candle on a stable heat resistant surface before burning.

•Never burn your candle on or near anything that could catch fire. Keep away from drafts, water & moisture.

•Never leave a burning candle unattended. Ensure candle is completely extinguished before leaving the room.

•Keep your candle out of reach from children and pets.

•Do not allow your candle to burn to the very base. Cease burning when there is 10mm of solid wax left at the base of the candle.

•Do not touch your burning candle or move it when the wax is liquid.
All our candles are made from pure beeswax. We do not use any paraffin, soy or other waxes in our candles. Beeswax candles burn cleanly, slowly and produce a subtle aroma, which in our opinion makes beeswax a far superior wax for candles. Being a natural product the colour of the beeswax varies, while we do our very best to match shades in any packages there may be some variation in colour.

All our candles are individually hand made by us. While we strive to make perfect candles every time, some candles may have minor imperfections.

Due to being hand made, all weights of our candles are approximate and slight differences may occur.
