Baker's Honey is the perfect ingredient for any baking recipe that requires honey. This 1lb jar contains honey that is specifically intended for use in cooking only. The honey in this jar may have been heat damaged or have a high moisture content, which can lead to fermentation. However, even if fermentation has occurred, this honey is still usable in cooking. Add a touch of sweetness to your baked goods with Baker's Honey.

This honey is pure and unpasturised, so over time the runny honey will set. Instructions are on the label of the jar if you wish to return it to its liquid state.
We do not blend our honey so that each jar will have a subtly different taste depending on which hive it has come from. We believe this gives you the best experience of real honey.
We only use our own honey and all of our honey is traceable back to the hive.
