This honey is unpasturised, so over time the runny honey will set. Instructions are on the label of the jar if you wish to return it to its liquid state.
We do not blend our honey so that each jar will have a subtly different taste depending on which hive it has come from. We believe this gives you the best experience of real honey.
We only use our own honey and all of our honey is traceable back to the hive.
As the pales this is supplied in are white, we are unable to monitor them to ensure they are either runny or set therefore they are supplies as they come.
